What's wrong with my xbox live wireless adapter?

I have a mac and the xbox 360 wireless network adapter and i also a xbox live account and the only problem i?

  • have is with the NAT. Everytime I go to test connection on the xbox 360 it goes from xbox 360 to the bars (first bar is red if that means anything) and to the internet and then to xbox live. But it then gets to the end and has a yellow caution sign between internet and xbox live. Then a box pops up and says "NAT is strict and for best online experience you need a open NAT configuration." Somewhere I heard that the light on the wireless adapter tells whether it is working or not, so I checked and the light is green which means good I guess. When I go to network settings all of my stuff is set as automatic. Can someone please tell me how I can get it to open NAT instead of strict NAT. P.S. I have the updated version on the xbox where you can create your own person if that does anything to make a difference

I have to same problem but up to now (3 years) it hasn't been a problem with my gaming so i suggest leave it like it is play a little and see how it works out if it doesn't effect your online playing leave it alone if it isn't what you'd like it to be then change the nat settings by calling your internet provider

NAT IS FROM YOUR INTERNET PROVIDER SO CALL THEN AND ASK ABOUT YOUR NAT AND THEY WILL CHANGE IT OR HELP YOU CHANGE IT

1- reset your router 2- type your router's ip into a web browser and configure the firewall to a lower setting.
