How do you get larger movies like 300 or irobot onto itunes?

i'm having trouble getting larger movie files not music videos, onto my itunes does anyone know how to do that?

In order for iTunes to accept any video or movie it must be in mp4 format. From what you say it seems that your movie file is already in your Hard Drive but actually it does not matter because the software that I recommend to you can rip a movie from a real DVD to your HD and then recode it to mp4 for iTunes or your iPod (well, actually these are two software: DVD Decrypter and Videora). I'm not sure why it's necessary to use iTunes to view your video files. Do you mean you want to put them on your iPod? You have to transcode them into a file that fits on iPod. You can use "Handbrake" which is freeware.
