Other than the "shouldn't have to download it" part, there are a few. With that provision, no. You need a virtual world client, and that doesn't come with Windows. Try Second Life (http://www.secondlife.com ). Make sure you give your correct age - if you're a teen, your account will be closed if you're found on the adult world - same thing if you're an adult and you're found on the teen world.
