How to hide IP?????????

  • Im using BSNL EVDO for internet, so BSNL has provided with static IP. While downloading from sites like rapidshare it doesn't let us download saying that ur IP address is already downloading a file. anybody knows how to change my IP address? i have already used hide my IP/NG/address which are only trial versions and expire after 15 days. give the link/name of easy and free to use software.
