How do I edit and merge videos?

  • I want to make gameplay videos of rock band.I wanted to have multiple videos.3 videos of me playing 3 different instruments.And 3 videos of each highway(the notes).That's gonna be 6 videos into 1.Is that even possible?If it is then what is a free video editor that I can use for this?

If you are running Apple, use iMovie. This comes on most Macs and is very good with longer videos. It helps if you have used the program before, but it is still fairly simple. This is a really great, free way to make video that look great! Now, if you are running a version of Windows, just use Windows movie maker! Although Windows 7 has the best version of this program, XP and Vista use the same thing, just less fancy. I've made hours of footage in to videos for Youtube using this thing, and the best thing is, ITS FREE!! Hope you finish your video!

"Additional Details Is it also possible to cut something out of the video?" LOL, messed up and don't wanna be honest? Dumbazz Moviemaker will NOT work, i doubt there's a free editor for that, I think sony vegas 9, 10, or 11 can do that but it costs $120 plus
