How to Convert Html to PDF?

How do I convert HTML files to PDF?

  • I tried looking it up and found ways doing it online but there is one problem..=( The website I want to save as pdf doesn't fully show if you aren't logged in. So I need a method that either makes whatever my browser shows into a pdf or one that will make a html file into pdf including images etc. (after you saved the website with your browser). I found a way to save the website as a pdf directly using a visual printer but with this method the frames are messed up.. I hope someone can help me, thanks in advance

You need a PDF creating program. There are several free ones on the Internet. My personal favorite is CutePDF. from http://CutePDF.com Most PDF programs work by using the "print" feature in your programs. If you wanted to convert a web page (html) into a PDF, you would open the web page and then pretend like you are going to print it. Do a File > Print > and then pull down the list of available printer. Your PDF program will add a "fake" printer usually listed as "Abode PDF" (or similar wording - varies by program). Select that as your printer, and click the "Print" button. Instead of sending the file to your physical printer, the program will save it as a PDF file. This is nice because once you have installed CutePDF, you can create a PDF file from any program that has the ability to "Print", regardless of the type of file it is. You mentioned that you already tried one program/web site but that the frames were messed up. Unfortunately that is most likely an issue with how the web page is designed. Frames often will not "print" properly regardless of what you do. No PDF program can fix that. It is an issue with how the web page was designed.

Use Primo PDF. It is free.

Yes you can convert html file to pdf file by any html to pdf converter widely available in the market.
