Need help. dvd-r and burning?

Need help with easy cd & dvd burning it wont work?

• i bought easy cd & dvd burning it wont install when i try to install it it says need creator 10 to install contants.. also i installed it but wont open can any on help me meaning i click on pogram and it wont open help.
