Pdf reader installation error!!?

ive been trying to install the pdf reader to my computer but after the installation there are still no pdf reader installed, ive done this repeatedly and download again the setup.exe, is there any requirment for pdf reader acrobat or something pls help,. ive also use search explorer on my computer and still diddnt find the installed pdf reader.

Get Foxit .pdf Reader, faster to open and much smaller, just over 3.5MB compared to 33.5 for Adobe http://www.filehippo.com/download_foxit/ If there's an 'optional' toolbar, decline it
