How Much is an Apple Laptop?

I have an apple iPhone4, how do i sync to new laptop without losing all data? (Apps,music, photo's, etc)?

I have had iPhone4 for quite a while now, was syncing regularly with old laptop, but recently had an accident with said laptop & ended up getting a new one as home insurance could not mend it, i have been told by a number of people & have read from a number of sources that if i just connect it to my new laptop & sync i will lose all my data from my iPhone4, is there any way i can back up the contents of the phone & then sync them back or any way i can sync with new laptop & not lose the contents?   Do you still have the old one/is it still working enough to open iTunes? If so, you can open "Homesharing" on it, and then log onto your iTunes on the new laptop, also enable Homesharing, and transfer all the data from old to new laptop through your internet connection. Otherwise, the only possible way is if you buy CopyTrans, which is a paid software that allows you to backup data from iPhone to iTunes (instead of the other way around. iTunes is not capable of taking data off the iPhone 4 and putting it on itself for some dumb reason).
