I have a similar problem. I tried to uninstall Comodo Internet Security and Comodo Firewall from my computer. I used Windows remove program utility and tried several other uninstall programs from the Internet. When the dust settled, I had this folder: C:\Program Files\Comodo\ It contains a half-dozen files with gibberish names. When I try to delete one of these in Windows or the Command Prompt I get an error message, "Access Denied." I tried giving myself access, but it didn't work. I am not familiar with Administrator and User procedures. I am the only one who uses my computer. When I try to uninstall with Windows, it gives me a message that the install program cannot be started on a 64-bit machine and that I should download the 64-bit installer from Comodo. At the Comodo site, they only have one installer, which is labelled 32-bit & 64-bit. It's the one I used originally. Helllllp!

That looks like the cab file for the netframework installation. If it is, there isn't much in there that is useful to the user of the computer. There are versions of the EULA in several languages and they have to do with Microsoft so this cab folder has something to do with a Microsoft installation on your computer. The best thing is to just leave it alone.
