You can make a repair disk fusing Backup & Restore in the Control Panel. You can also create a series of disk images that you can restore your installation from.

any windows 7 installation disk should do, i recommend torrenting and then burning it (torrent can be done through thepiratebay and isohunt for example) use daemon tools to mount the windows 7 image file, in a virtual cd drive then burn it on a cd/dvd with software like daemon tools. note: have you tried startup repairs and system restore first?
