Capture-Card software, which disk should I buy.?

My father bought me a computer, Windows HP Pavilion m8000y media center. http://64-bit-computers.com/wp-content/hp_pavilion_m8000.jpg My computer came with a built in capture-card device but no software. Im looking for what disk to buy or download to get to record my X-BOX 360 game-play in the audio video input composite 2 section. I need the cheapest or most efficient buy. Please answer fast!
