What are videos editing software recommendations?

What is the best computer software for creating and editing videos, along with using the green screen?

• my camera just broke that i used to use for video taking (unprofessionally) so i thought now would be the perfect time for an upgrade. I use windows movie maker program to edit and create videos, but i was also thinking that a green screen would be a fun thing to buy! So i was wanting to know where i would be able to buy a green screen and the software that goes with it? Also can the software for the green screen edit and make full videos that are able to be downloaded to a DVD? If so, where is the best place to get that software for a low price? And what is the best software for doing such a thing? If its possible, i would like the software to come with that green screen so they are compatible...maybe it already comes like that....i dont know im very inexperienced with this whole green screen thing :) and do i have to use special lights or equipment to hang it up with or something? i dont know if any of this makes sense, but if you have any suggestions for what you think im saying PLEASE tell me! thanks!
