Can you export a distribution list from Entourage (mac) to Outlook (windows)?

I have a Mac and use Entourage. My supervisor as a PC and uses Outlook. She wants me to create a distribution list for her. Can I make it on my mac so she can use it on her pc? If so, how?

Answer:
I would recommend a spreadsheet export from Mac, then import it into PC. I found this link, may be a little useful, not sure.
