Real player "download this video" button?

I can't download Adobe Flash Player?

• I am trying to redownload adobe flash player to my computer because somehow it turned off or something. I clicked the "Agree and Install now" button and it came to the page that said I might need to click the gold bar at the top of my window. there was no gold bar, and usually when I download something, there is. I keep retrying and nothing is happening. I can't watch any videos on youtube or buzznet. now when I go on a site that has a video on the page and white bar is at the top of the window saying "Your security settings do not allow websites to use ActiveX controls installed on your computer. This page may not display properly. Click here for options." So I click and its says "More Information". I click on that and it brings me to a Windows Help and Support popup saying, Internet Explorer Information Bar: Frequently Asked Questions. That doesn't help AT ALL. So what do I do? How can I download Flash Player when it won't happen and how do I change my security settings to allow ActiveX?

  Go to Tools and shut off pop up blocker. restart the browser and give it a try then
