What is the best Solar Screen for windows?

Windows XP log in screen not logging me in fully? What is wrong here?

LAst night I used my netbook and closed the computer. This morning I started the computer and received a black screen saying windows did not start successfully try safe mode, last known, start windows normally. I have tried all of the choices was able to get into safe mode but not normal mode the windows XP kept logging in--it appeared the screen did not freeze but the logging in logo keeps going and I am not able to fully log into my computer. Not sure why I am stuck on the Windows XP log in screen.....I didnt download anything to the comp last night--can anyone help me through the steps to fix this. I have pushed F8--to reboot and have done so still kept logging in but no other screen appears. I am lost.....any help is appreciated..thanks :)

Just insert your xp cd and repair your windows, I think your windows might be corrupted due to some problem
