Help! Windows Vista question, how can I reinstall my dell games?

My dell games like spider solitaire, chess, and free cell are all messed up, when you open them it shows the game but w/ lines and in black and white and you cant play it... I uninstalled it but how can I reinstall it? this is windows vista, NOT windows xp, please help me, thank you!!
