I installed Ubuntu on my mac and i can't figure out how to boot the mac OS all it does is boot ubuntu plz help?

Ok so i installed ubuntu on my MACbook using bootcamp. and now when ever i restart my computer all that is there is 3 choices for booting ubuntu. and i would really like to boot up mac OS X plz help

try pressing the option key on your Mac, just after pressing the power button...Keep pressing it until it shows options for booting into mac os x or ubuntu.
