What are the best free photo-editing programs available for download?

Are their any free song download programs that are quick to download on the computer?

We have tried Lime-wire but It freezes our computer and makes it all weird. I need a LEGAL Program that you can get from a website that can download any song out there. It has to take (i guess) a short while to load because I'm impatient and I want to listen to music TONIGHT. I got so upset when our Lime-wire DIED :( but hopefully you guys have some good sites where i can download FREE programs on the computer. Things to Remember: The program has to be LEGAL The program has to be FREE and it has to be SAFE :) if you can please give me the website name or link and i can take it from there. Thanks guys! :D

www.spiralfrog.com That's the site that I use. Its never messed up my computer, it's free, and it's legal. The only drawback is that it doesn't have every single song, but if you're going for mainstream, recent stuff, then it should be fine.
