AVG antivirus wont allow windows 7 to open ANY programs?

AVG antivirus wont allow windows 7 to open ANY programs without the popup screen asking the program to open with. And firefox wont load due to a proxy error. i turned off proxy in AVG but windows wont let me open the proxy settings so that i can fix it i am open avg and have done several virus scans with super anti spyware and AVG. I believe that AVG deleted registry files and really F**ked up my stuff help is VERY appreciated. thanks and God bless you. p.s for those of you who are wondering i am on my laptop not my pc :(.

Go to Star Menu - Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs - Select AVG Antivirus and click remove. After removing go to google.com type Free Avira Anti Virus download and install....

First, do a system restore to before the problem happened. If that does nothing, try uninstalling and re-installing AVG. In the short amount of time I'm pretty sure you won't get a virus. If it's still messing up... get a new virus program. Avast free antivirus, Avira Antivir Personal, Panda Cloud Antivirus, etc.

Uhm, you have downloaded and installed a FAKE antivirus program... that "super anti spyware" is a SCAM and has now infected your computer... its going to be VERY hard to get rid of... Dont download that crap anymore... its FAKE. you can TRY to download malwarebytes, the free version and running that.. but really its so much easier to just reinstall your OS. AVG is the good program... your SUPER ANTI SPYWARE is some crap.

there are some viruses that can disable/control antivirus program that will ruin your pc like spywares =P
