İs there any program i can get from net for free that will help me to add a sound track to AVİ video file? ?

İ got this video file converted from PowerPoint slide show into Video file. But the converted was not able to get the sound track from the slide show ( i guess i need some extra cables). Or may i just add sound track to a new converted video file?
