How do I embed a web-link into an image on MS Outlook? So that when the image is clicked on-the website opens?

Essentially I just want to send out an image in an email, which opens a web page when the image is clicked on.

Insert - Picture. Select the image, then right-click it, select "Hyperlink" It's that easy.
