Are the drivers for linux fedora the same as ubuntu?

Hi all, I have just installed Linux on a Aopen MP45-DU. there are a few compatability issues from the graphics card but on intel's website i can only find drivers available for fedora (based on linux op) can I use these? or can anyone recommend a solution? thanks in advance

i have no clue but im pretty sure the intel driver is included in the linux kernel usually ati and nvidia drivers you need to download so it can be installed and working properly
