What's a good website to find new songs?

Whats a website that you can download songs from? (not limewire and that)?

  • like whats a site that you can download songs straight from, without downloading a program .. ex" not limewire ! because its hard to find songs on limewire sometimes so im just wondering.

    I would recommend Itunes they have a lot of songs that you can download of course you have to pay but they are only 99 cents a track. you can also find midi files by going to Google and type MIDI files. those most of the time are free but may not be songs really performed by the artists. May be played by synthisizer. emusic also is a good company. you do have to download a emusic manager but you do not have to use it like limewire. they just use it to download them but you have to pay a membership fee for that company. and only works in the USA. I know it's not exactly what you're looking for but I've been trying to find a good free download site and those are hard to come by without having to either sign up or pay for it (well then that would contradict the free part wouldn't it?) =) Anyways, what I found works for me is to use playlist.com and then search the songs that I want. Right next to the title of the song you want is a link to the site where it's from, just click view site. From there there will be this rectangular grey area with a url under the words "search result location" I just use that url, windows media play, then do open url. Copy paste, let it load, save the song and BINGO it's all yours :D hopefully this helped =/
