How do i make things on my computer screen show up on the webcam?

like if i am hosting something on the web and want it to show whats on my screen, or a part of my screen, for example, if i am broadcasting something on stickam or blogtv and i want to show the audience like a picture or a video thats on my screen. how to i get a program that i can do that with? what programs will do that?

Answer:
I have got skype 4.2 and it does that for me So i connect to a video call and then I can share my screen (Full screen or selected part of screen). Its just a little arrow which gives you other options next to the start/stop video
