How can I use an Azure reserved IP?

Ifyou use multiple ip adress hiding softwares, will they hid each of the fake ones, making youlitterlly a ghost?

  • For example: my ip is 123.456.678.90 (notreally) then i use an ip hider now making my ip appear to be in the us, then i use another ip hider, will it just make my other ip another diff location or will it hid the hidden ip? both way would make you pretty untraceable...and what if you did this like 10 times over?

  • Answer:

This does not make you untraceable. At each stage the conversion has to identify which machine it came from so the return packets can come back to the originating address. And each identifier leaves a method of tracing back. It is not like the movies, if you upset someone and they report it to the authorities it will almost immediately trace back to your ISP, and they would be legally obliged to pass on ALL your details.

There's no such thing as 100 guaranteed anonymous surfing. Not even using Tor. If it was things like this couldn't happen http://www.zdnet.com/blog/security/hacker-builds-tracking-system-to-nab-tor-pedophiles/114 It depends on what you do. Stealing a couple of songs, no-ones going to bother about you too much - if you get caught expect to spend the rest of your life paying off the fines though. Try and break into a military network and they'll track you down across the world - the authorites were able to do this even back in the 1980's. Read "The Cuckoo's Egg" by Clifford Stoll. Some guy in West Germany ended up in prison after the US authrorites did exactly that.

Web-based Forwarding Proxy Servers are 99.999% efficient at hiding your IP Address, and that's what they are designed to do. The discrepancy is usually with your ISP, which you must pass through to get to a Proxy Website. Adding one, or more, daisy-chained web-based Proxy Servers, after the first one, will NOT make one iota of difference, period. If you're already hidden, why try to hide again? Except of course, doing stuff like this will slow your connection down to the point that your connection will fail.
