I want to know what are the major differences between sql server 2003 and sql server 2005. Why should I upgrade my database to sql server 2005?

sql server 2003 does not exist. There are SQL Server 2000 and Windows Server 2003. In SQL Server 2005 many improvements, particulary in t-sql (CTE, analitical functions, XML datatype and others).
