Win 7 Start button doesn't hide. Taskbar Activate fix?
-
Hi, I' running Taskbar Activate to have more control over the hide functions of the taskbar but when I want it to hide completely (only background should be visible), the Start button doesn't hide or disappear. Instead it stays alone hovering above the background. Is there a line I can edit in the folder to which Taskbar Active is installed to make it hide the button correctly? Any workaround you might be aware of? Thunx!

Answer:
Perhaps I'm missing something basic here but why not just right click on the task bar, select properties and check the 'Auto-hide the taskbar' box?
