  • Downloaded Microsoft Office 2010, everything works, except for Microsoft Outlook 2010. i,am running Windows 7, any suggestions on software required to run Outlook

    You MUST configure Outlook 2010 to access your Email Account(s), FIRST. Without entering the incoming and outgoing Mail Server URLs, nothing works. Not sure how? Call your Internet Service Provider (ISP), that's what they do. Then, read all the Help files, and / or, read a Library Book or two. And, watch some Microsoft AND YouTube Video Tutorials.

Where did you download it from exactly? I'm hoping from the Windows Store (or other digital distribution method). What exactly is the issue with Outlook? It doesn't, to my knowledge, have any prerequisites that aren't installed during Office installation. Are you trying to run more than one edition of Outlook on one PC- this is not possible.
