How do i stop itunes from sync my ipod's playlist into itunes?

everytime i plug someone's ipod into my computer, itunes changes my 25 most played songs to the 25 most played songs on the ipod and i dont like this, can i change this option??

No. I don't think you can, but you may want to check in the options or something like that on your itunes.
