I want to make an C++ windows application!!?

Ok so basically i want to make a very simple program for windows that when the .exe is opened you see to bars like this... Username:_________ Password:_________ and have spaces where you can type things. i specifically want this to email me )if possible what was typed when the Submit button is clicked im new to c++
