Does New Blue FX work in Adobe After Effects CS3?

I downloaded a New Blue FX trial for Adobe After Effects and I don't know if it works in After Effects CS3. I dont konw if it can work for that version of AE. I also dont know how to install it. I dont know what path to install it to or if im doing it right. I followed all the steps and when asked what program it was for I said After Effects. I already tried installing it to *Username*/My Documents/Adobe/AfterFxCS3/Support Files/Plug-ins/Effects My AE is not in Program Files (x86) Or Program Files Should I have made a New Folder in Plug-ins name NewBlueFx? And how do I know if I've done it properly? Im confused. I downloaded it legitimatly off the New Blue Website, I think I installed it properly and I dont know if its working because I dont know where the plug-ins are if AE itself. Should I restart first or something? Please I need helP!!!

It should work on AAE CS3. Usually you install a plugin to C:/Program Files/Adobe/Adobe After Effects CS3/Support Files/Plug-ins and you should have Adobe After Effects CS3 installed in C:/Program Files/Adobe/Adobe After Effects CS3
