How to organize my itunes library?

Why did all of my playlists for my songs in iTunes dissapear!?!?

• Please I really need help! First, I was just trying to figure out why itunes couldn't locate some of my songs so I went to put all of my music folders to the itunes media folder so that all of the songs could be in the itunes media folder. Then it asked me that if I want to overwrite some of the folders because there were some folders that were in the itunes media folder that had the same name and they were the exact same folder. So, I clicked on over write it and then I went to open up itunes and like everything was gone! It asked me to choose a library or create a new library and I cliked on chose a library and all of my songs are there but for some reason there are more than one songs that are the same and all of my playlist is gone! It's like I have to start all over but I have all of my songs and I didn't delete anything! I cannot create those playlists again as it took a long time for me to do them for hundreds of songs and there has to be a way to get them back again! Please help me! Also, how can I organize my music files and which folder should I keep them in because for some reason itunes sometimes can't locate the files. I don't know what else to do and I am going nuts!

  if your over write folder is still there and you didn't find your play lists then its mean you deleted your folder by renaming it. but if your folder is missing and that folder is in your memory card then just use (diskgetor data recovery)software and it will bring your missing folder and play list.
