I have Macbook and i dont know i pressed which button the screen kind of zoom in.?

i am trying to make it perfect(normal)by clicking zoom out,but no use.Please help me.Words on screen are normal but screen itself is bigger than usual.

try pressing control (not command) while scrolling up and down... you probably screen-zommed it.
