JSP: plz help me its very urgent Apache tomcat not running what to do?

My apache tomcat server is not running now. i have formatted my PC n after dat is is not running now what can i do plz help me its very urgent. is dis becuase of antivirus or sum other problem is there.

first set ur path in my computer same as java path u have set in ur PC. then write a small prog and run it on. try for it have a niceday bye
