Why is my navigation drawer empty?

I need some help with navigation menus?

• I was placing everything accordingly in my HTML as it mentioned in the instructions and it still doesn't seem to be working. It's been a little while (okay, long while haha) since I've dabbled much in HTML and CSS. I tried one prior to the current one (which I liked the previous one more) but it wasn't working either. Here is my site: http://veterinarycare.atspace.cc/ The link below is the test page for the menu. As you can see from the original, the image that was in the top center is now all the way to the left. I can't even get the menu to show up at all. I am wanting to place the navigation bar where it is currently on my site. http://veterinarycare.atspace.cc/index2.html Also an fyi, my layout is a template which I have done some tweaking myself as well. I was wondering if someone could peak at my source code and see what I am possibly doing wrong. I would really appreciate it. Thanks! Edit: I used A1 Website Analyzer and created an index3.html page to see what it would look like if there were any errors on my site. When doing that, the navigation menu shows up but my layout is all messed up. Also the navigation menu isn't where I want it to be. http://veterinarycare.atspace.cc/index3.html I was also wondering if there's a way to make a navigation menu that doesn't involve javascript or css. I basically want a navigation menu that is in the same area as my current "navigation" menu. Javascript has always been pretty confusing to me.
