If i tag somone in a photo on fb can the people i blocked see it?

im gona post a photo. but i dont want the people i blocked to see it. problem is the person im going to tag hasent blocked them.. so will they see it if i tag my friend?

Set your privacy on photos to 'friends' and not friends of friends then the only thing they will see is a small version of it on your friends profile, if they are friends with your friend or your friend has a public profile. If your friend has a private profile and is not friends with them then they will not see it.
