How to make a picture in my yahoo.email?

How to crop one picture, put it on top of another picture and make it look like it was supposed to be there?

  • I have photoshop CS5. okay, i have a picture of me, in which i cut around my body and put it on top of a picture of a car, to make it look like was standing right next to it. i must say, it looks very real, but now i need it to look realistic. is there anyway to make it look real, like i was actually there with the car? here is the picture: http://i53.tinypic.com/tamslh.jpg please give me a step by step guide, or maybe a video.

One thing that Photoshop won't do well is change where you put your lighting. It's not impossible, but you'll save a lot of time by reshooting yourself. The car was shot in early afternoon sunlight (about 100 degrees to the right of the shooter), and you weren't. Adding shadows, though necessary, will only go so far if your figure isn't lit right. The shooter was standing about 10–15 feet away. You should be the same distance from your camera. Try adding a prop about the same height as the car hood to help position yourself correctly. (If possible, check the car photo's EXIF data to see if you can get access to the same camera and lens, and match the ISO and aperture settings.) The car panels and hubcap are reflective—you'll have to do some paint work, using the Eyedropper to sample your skin and clothing where appropriate. http://www.gazopa.com has a "similar image" search that may help find an actual person-with-car photo, from which you can take cues regarding reflection and shading.

The car is much sharper and has more details than you, so that's the biggest problem here, also add shadow.

how about a little shadow ? something like this ( not my best work.. just to give you an idea ) http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/96/tamslh.jpg/ its simple really, copy your image again so you have a new layer of yourself, then use the curves tool to make yourself completely black, you may even need to use the black and white filter too lastly use the blur tool to make it fuzzy and position it in the same direction as current shadows, then reduce the opacity.
