Can i Create my website using a mac when i have registered though godaddy.com?

  • I want to give my brother a gift a web page a place for his pictures to be viewed via the internet for potential employers or ppl looking for photos to buy. but if Register the domain name though godaddy.com can i still create and add onto that web page through using the mac program cause i dont like godaddy.com's look but i like the look of the mac ones. if i cant how do i register a domain name through mac?
