Is zwee.com a good website?

I had a website created and after I gave a good review the website is down?

  • I posted a project on the website scriptlance.com to have a programmer clone a website and put it onto the domain name www.referfulltilt.com. He created the website and everything was working fine. He asked me to give him a good review as he did for me as well. The next day I tried to search my website and it was down. When I click it I can still briefly see the description I had him put in but then if goes to the Internet Explorer screen as if I were not connected to the internet. He had 17 other good reviews and I emailed him asking him what the deal was. He got back to me 15 minutes later saying that the company he works for in India was being DNS attacked and they were trying to fix the problem. He assured me the website would be back up ASAP but its been about 12 hours now. The website is www.referfulltilt.com I went to godaddy and they said I could create that domain name? Can anyone figure this out for me? I know nothing about domain names or DNS or anything.

    welllllllllllllllll it looks like it was never registered I just checked and its still available. When you looked and saw your site did you type in the web address and check it out or did you click the link he sent to you and check it out ? did you have to pay for that service?

Can you tell me where your website has hosted, because if the server where your website has been hosted is down then your website will also be down.

It looks like scriptlance.com has a rather extensive forum for customers and programmers. I suggest you log in there and discuss the issue. The work was obviously done since your website worked in the beginning, so all you need is some feedback from the people that host the site about why it is currently down and when it will be back up. No one here can supply you with that information.
