How to insert data from one table to another?

How do I move subsequent rows of data in one Excel sheet to a table in another sheet?

  • I have two excel spreadsheets, one with rows of data and one with a table. I am able to call on one row of data and transfer the information into my table sheet, however I need to do this for multiple rows, one at a time. If possible, I would like to create a new document for each table that is filled with a row of data, then move on to the next row and save that in a new file. The macro would go something like this: Call on cells of data from one row in Sheet A to table in Sheet B. Save (export) to new document (or I can copy and paste by hand). Enter next row. Save Next Save Thanks in advance!

    I used to do that in Lotus 1-2-3 by defining a range with a range name, then called the range. BTW Excel sheet capacities are so large, why not set one master sheet up and export the portions that you want to the two sheets. I prefer to do that as I can see it all without jumping back and forth On another note to your query, learn how to write macros. They will do exactly what you seek
