How to add jQuery menu style in my website??need help...?

  • hi guys..i want to add jQuery menu style in my website..and they also provide the instruction. But the problem is i really dont understand the instruction.. here is the link to the instruction.. http://apycom.com/help.html i really dont understand step 2 which is `Step 2: Copy 'images' folder, menu.css, menu.js and jquery.js files to the same directory as the page itself.` Step 3 also ` Open your index.html file in any text editor. Copy and insert the following code into the <head> section of your page:` what is mean by text editor??? where can i find it? i hope u guys can help me how to add it to my website.. (ps-if u need to know anything,feel free to ask)
