How do I make a video recorded sideways upright again?

I am trying to mix a previously recorded video with another one to make a video for my sponsor.?

• I work out alot and have recorded bits and pieces that i need to mix together all into one video to send to a company for a body builders sponsor. Does anyone know of any free programs i can download to my computer to do this?

  Well, if you're running Windows, Windows Movie Maker should do the trick if you're looking for simple cut-to-cut editing. Or, perhaps you're on a Mac. Then iMovie is what you should go to - it's a bit better and does mostly everything you need. However, if you're looking for something a little more top of the line, Final Cut Express from the Apple store ($199) is more advanced and provides more features.
