Convert 8000 into powers of 2 i.e. about 8192 = 2^13 so you need 13 Bits from right for Host Addresses. Use CIDR notation. 10101100 . 10101000 . 00110010 . 00000000 Use last 13 bits for host ID and rest for Net ID.
