How do you make your avatar full size?

How do i make a moving avatar of my own pics? size 80 pixels? thanks?

    Grab GIMP and then follow this tutorial.... http://www.gimp.org/tutorials/Simple_Animations/ Basically, you create an image for each frame and then in GIMP you create a layer for each frame and add each image to each layer. After optimizing your image as an animation, save it as a GIF and voila!
