Well, it looks pretty good already. I guess get some good graphics in there, and make the website easy to navigate and understand.

Under the blue words "Your online auctioneer", see if you can squeeze the words "Click here to place your ad free" (maybe make the 1st banner slightly taller if necessary). And then you can get rid of the 2nd banner. It pushes the sale items too far down the page.
