You do not need to download and install java in your phone. It is already java supported. Just download uc browser for your set from m.mobile9.com. Or you can go to www.getjar.com where by chosing java or nokia you will get uc browser in jar formet and if you click on symbian platform then you will get it in sis formet. Since sis is heavy and more advanced and it has more features so go for it. Do not use java becoz you have s60 v3 operating system. Hope it would help. You just need to install them after download.

go to www.getjar.com, select nokia phones, enter your model then go to browser option find uc browser & install it.
