I want to learn how to animate in flash?

I want to learn how to use flash. I have Adobe Flash CS3, I would just like to learn to use it.

I'm a Web/Graphic Artist and I would love to learn how to created webpages and banners in flash. If you answer this question correctly, you just don't know how much you would help me!
