How do I cut out an image using Gimp?

Using IrfanView or another image editor, how can I cut and copy more than the screen displays?

  • I want to cut and copy a page on the internet, that is an image. However, the image must be scrolled down to view it in full. How can I capture this 2 page image without having to cut and paste the 2 pages and then paste the image back together?
