VB6.0, how do i run a CMD command in a vb application?

i have a vb6.0 project and i can run cmd (command prompt) but i would like to make it so when you click a button it will change the color of the font. i can do this in cmd by using "color 4" but i cannot get vb to run the command from a button thanks

are you trying to do it with "shell" command? for ex: shell(cmd.exe,vbDefaultWindow) etc?
